When you join early access
We collect your name, email address, interest in Aaply, and any business details or notes you choose to share. We store these details on our server so the Aaply team can manage early access, understand what people need, and contact you about the launch.
When you try an example
The doctor, bus, shopping, and dinner examples run in your browser. They do not make real bookings or purchases. The public login page is a design preview; it does not send or save what you enter.
Who can see your request
Early access requests are available through a protected team admin panel. They are not displayed publicly. We do not sell your early access details.
Cookies and technical information
Team sign-in uses an essential session cookie. The launch website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and network providers may process connection information to deliver and protect the site. We use short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit repeated form submissions and sign-in attempts.
How long we keep details
We keep early access requests while we are managing the launch and early access program, or until you ask us to remove your request. We will review the information as the product launches.
Your choices
You can ask about your request, correct your details, or ask us to remove them by contacting admin@aaply.com. Use the email address you joined with so we can identify the request.
The product we are building
This website is an initial presentation of Aaply. Before introducing live services, payments, or product accounts, we will explain any additional information those features need.
